Why Two Fat Birds?
Well, we like the idea of cute, colourful, chubby things (who doesn’t?). Those who know us personally will also know that we take our food very seriously so (despite being incredibly fit *cough*cough*ahem*) perhaps we think of ourselves as the “two fat birds”.
Where do you deliver?
All orders are handmade in Hong Kong and we deliver to most countries worldwide.
And, we have even better news! For a limited time we are charging a flat delivery rate for all orders.
What is the returns policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned items. Please make sure that the returned items are in their original packaging and are unused and undamaged.
How long does it take to process my order?
It usually takes 2-3 days for us to handmake and dispatch your order. We will need a couple of extra days to process orders of 10 cards or more as each card is handmade to order. However do contact us if you need your order for a specific date and we will do our best to accommodate!
How long will delivery take?
This depends where your order is to be delivered to but we estimate it can take about 5-10 working days from the date of dispatch for the rest of the world. Some deliveries may require signature on arrival.
How do I pay?
Prices are displayed and charged depending on your billing country – if you are in Hong Kong, then in HKD$, if you are in the United Kingdom, then in GBP£, or otherwise in USD$. We accept payments in most international currencies through PayPal.
Why PayPal or Stripe?
For your peace of mind of course! Actually, it’s also for ours too – if we were being honest, PayPal charge us more to use their service, but your security is very important to us. Check out the PayPal policies page for more information.
Can I make a personalisation request for any of the products?
