The website was launched publicly today, the “maintenance” signs taken down and the website submitted onto Google and other search engines. Although it was a simple idea – making and selling cards online – execution wasn’t always that easy. It involved setting up the website, registering the domain, designing the website, setting up etsy, learning to photograph cards, and plenty more.There’s still a whole lot to learn, including about “search engine optimisation” (or SEO), but at least we’re out there now!
This all started with Cynthia’s successful goal of making 150 greeting cards for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. As you can see from the screenshot below, she raised a heck of a lot of money and I am so proud of her.
